Why can’t I play?

Why does this app stop when you hit play? I downloaded last night, and couldn’t get it to open. I deleted and downloaded again. Not sure what the issue is, but I’ve deleted for good or until the developers fix.

you can't play offline - can we please have tha option for all of your trivia games - especially the PRO. Thanks in advance! Looking forward to the offline option.
