Stop constantly asking me to spend coins

Youthless

Every time I get a question wrong, I get a huge pop-up asking me if I want to spend 1,000 coins to try again. I don’t - I never do - it’s not fair and I’m saving coins for something else. There’s no way to disable it (but of course I can spend real money for coins, thank goodness!). I accidentally spent coins for an extra turn because I just wanted to move on, because the spend button is a big green button, whereas the close pop-up button is a small red one in the corner. I’m sure this has nothing to do with the option to spend real money on coins.

Only game I play!

Jcarnosso

First off, I’ve been playing this game for at least 2 years now and it’s the only one I play. LOVE it! That being said I’ve only ever used the free version and never have I spent money within the app to purchase more coins, etc. I like that it’s free. The ads have always been annoying but the game has again, always been worth getting through them. The ad free version as I’ve heard and read about, eliminates them but in doing so, messes up a lot of other features complimentary to the free version. So I’ve stuck with it. However, as of lately, the ads have become progressively worse and some you can No longer silence. Turning your sound off via toggle bottom within the app does NOT silence the ads. Some have a mute bottom but the worst ones do not. Many have a countdown that is irrelevant because the ads stall well over the allotted time. They are repetitious and aggravating. But I think the worst part about the incessant ads which has only begun happening in the past couple months, is that if you are in a “trivia rush” or “triviathon” basically a succession of questions one after the other, an ad will pop up AND RUIN YOUR RESPONSE THEREFORE MISSING THE QUESTION. Up to this point the ads were bearable (barely) but this new interruption is really unacceptable and should be addressed. Even if it’s only the free version. Shouldn’t happen. Fix it.

Piece of crap

Penny84848

There are advertisements almost every second and you have like no lives. The game is stupid. And a piece crap

The Triviathon is broken.

The Zesty Potato

I was doing pretty decently in the Triviathon special event, but when I get to five it doesn't let me continue on. For some reason it thinks I got one wrong, and I have tested this 3 TIMES. Please fix this, also it won't let me watch a video to gain a life.

Pop up adds

amandakking

There are so many pop up adds it completely takes away the fun from this game.

This game is garbage

Trivia penis

If you want to play trivia games there are many out there that actually work. Play them as the app is total dog crap. I uninstalled it several times and after reinstalling it and still getting nothing except a notice saying they were working on the problem. Two weeks of the same notice. As I looked at the App on the App Store I noticed that this one is free. There appears to be an identical one that cost a few bucks. And I bet they fix it when it doesn’t work. There are dozens of free sites, don’t waste your time or money.

Too many ads

Love the game but the ads make it annoying.

Ad filled and questions need improvement

Any ones

This game has been fun to play. I play it every day before I go to school. However, whenever I play, you get constantly badgered with ads. Before you spin, there is a chance of an ad before the question. When you finish the round, you get another ad. Whenever you play the QuickTime questions, you get ads EVERY time after you fail. Sometimes, I receive ads in the middle of a question, and get it wrong because I run out of time. I have considered buying the Adless version Sometimes, the ads have missing x marks, positioned off screen, or lead you to a new page if you click on the x. Apart from the ads, the questions seem to be either extremely easy, or impossible. Questions can consist of the following; a super basic question about what happens if you mix blue and red, or a question about a movie you never heard of. Most questions have predictive answers; if it includes ‘all of the above,’ it is most likely the right answer. Power ups are the main reason you can get so many answers correctly. The idea of showing people’s level number doesn’t seem like a good idea. When I first started playing, I got matched up with a level 200 player, which immediately made me lose confidence. What is the summary of this review? There are too many ads, and questions need improvement. I get they are community submitted but many questions get passed that are terrible. The game is quite fun, with some fun questions. But being a gamer and a nerd, I have so much trouble with sports or entertainment. Science and history are in our schools curriculum, so students may have fun with those subjects.

More bugs than you can fix

Sheila C.S.

This is the most poorly operating game I’ve encountered. I’m constantly in the middle of a bonus spin when a video pops up and ends my spin with no reward or freezes the screen, or playing an individual game challenge when, after a few questions, a video interrupts my run and ends it. The free spin at the end of a game isn’t free anymore because that too requires watching a video before being allowed to spin. Stop shoving the videos constantly down our throats because even if I was interested in one of the games I’m too aggravated to download it!
