This app really helps with planning our snowbird trips north and south. It is one of my most used and first paged. I like being able to add items that I need to bring south the following season. Of course, I gave my last "list app" a glowing review two years ago before it crashed and burned with almost 200 entries.

This is close to being a good app for travel! I like these features: 1. When showing completed items, they are not only checked, but also in lighter font and is struck out. Nice! 2. The catalog feature is awesome... And it had items in the lists I did not even think about before! However, I have been using list apps since the Palm Pilot was born. So I've seen a lot of them. Unfortunately my current list app went belly-up for me, so now I'm looking for a replacement. This means I'm quite picky now. This app is close to being a replacement, but it has some things that are lacking: 1. Sub-items do not appear in the main list. It would be nice to see them in a sub-group under it's parent item when "open all sections" is chosen for the view. Currently, the only way the subs can be viewed (and checked off) is if you open the parent item containing the sub-items. This, to me, would cause me to miss the subs when checking if I have everything when I'm packing. 2. While I'm on the subject of subs, I usually make lists according to the 'container' it goes in. For instance, I have a list for items for the car, e.g., purse, I-pass, cooler, luggage. Then my purse would have sub-items OR sub-containers. An example of a sub-container would be a 'wallet'. Then the wallet would have items such AAA Card, debit card, credit card, tickets, etc. So having just one level of subs is quite limiting, although I can get around it by making all containers as categories, then also make them as items, if necessary. 3. It would be nice to click and drag an item from one catergory to another in a list. Currently, if the item is dragged from the category, it deletes the item from the list! 4. Priority ranking, and the ability to sort items by either priority or due date. This is more important in a 'task' list than a packing list. Otherwise, I like this app as a simple checklist app.

This app is better than PackPoint in that it provides support (if you pay) for multiple "users" who can track separate packing lists for the same trip. This is a step in the right direction but still does not allow for planning complex multi-generational family trips where the kids (and the baby, and the pet, and perhaps even the grandparents) are not "users" who are in a position to manage their own packing list but "travelers" who need their packing done for them. This app also does not support the concept of assigning items to "bags," which is essential in planning a complex family trip. In both respects, Packing Pro (while flawed) is superior.

I purchased the version to remove ads, but with update it is forcing me to pay again. A pretty good app otherwise.

I love this app. The first time I used this app was the first time I packed for a trip without forgetting something.

I can create a list but it won't let me add any items to it. When I click on the list it doesn't load it.

Tried to create personal profile AFTER upgrading to pro. Crashed each time I closed app and tried again. Finally, I restarted my iPhone, it let me create the profile, but once I tried to use my upgraded features, it told me I need to upgrade my features. I DID upgrade my features. I PAID and the program thanked me for purchasing the upgrades. Not too excited. I was trying to use something that I thought would save me time, but instead of making a list for my trip, I'm trying to fix a buggy program.

Deleted without giving it permission. Stupid requirement.
