Zero stars. I bought the app thinking that I would be able to find trails on a map. There is a list of trails that has a link to a map of the area but nothing to tell you where the trail starts or where the trail is. I found it very deceitful to show a nice map only to find it was useless.

This app is great for finding information on the best hiking trails and campgrounds, and is especially awesome for getting driving directions! Also, the topo maps are great for navigating when you are out on the hiking trail!! So cool. Also, would just like to me mention that the other reviewer is totally wrong. There's a button on almost every trail page that will plot GPS directions in the maps app right to the trailhead! How is that deceitful?! Whatever.
Missing the major hikes, barely an "app"

Obviously hiking apps are tough to do right, data isn't constant, authors are biased to their part of the world but checking Angels Landing & Hidden canyon (Zion), Bright Angel and Kaibab (Grand Canyon) and half dome (yosemite), none are there. Given that all of those hikes make even the quick guides and several are "top 10" picks in general, that's pretty sad. More than just data issues, the app is clearly a mobile site repackaged as a download in that "you can't click where you should be able to" sort of way. Great idea, much needed, but not even close to justifying the 4 bucks.
No actual trails to be found in the app.

No trail heads. No trails. Topo maps, okay but not detailed enough to be useful. Don't know what I'd use this for without the trails information.

I tells little about the trails, & offers no maps (at least what I could see). Completely useless for what I needed. Wish I could get my $1.08 back!

It states detailed topo maps!!! I don't think they know what a detailed topo is. There are no land marks , buildings or even the campground roads. What trash . Would love my money back on this app . Waste!!!!!!
