Makes old trips your current trip!!

It’s great for keeping you informed while in a trip but it’s got bugs that keep the trips in current trips list. It stacks them up by changing end date to 2019. Then it shows the old trips rather than the one your traveling on. Very frustrating and no apparent way to delete old trips to fix issue

I love how this organizes all of my plans and things that I add to my trip. I just get up in the morning and I know what I’m going to do all day and it sends me alerts. But the best best best part is because I am the worst organized person in the world it seems to go into my email on its own and get the information it needs. Works for me. I couldn’t even find my own flight tickets until it alerted me that it already knew my flight plans. Thank goodness it’s more organized than me I couldn’t do this I think anymore without this app

Love this app! It automatically loads travel details from your emails, including from other family members. Four of us were meeting in Seattle, all on different flights and I could see everyone’s flight info on one place on TripIt! No need to search through emails to find everyone’s itinerary.

Doesn’t access itineraries sent by PDF

My Travel Agency sends me confirmations and event schedules by PDF file. TripIt doesnt open and examine PDFs for info. Instead it sends an alert that it has received an unreadable update. It it then up to me to manually add every piece of data to my TripIt itinerary; such as a week’s worth of hotels, restaurant reservations, etc

Love how organized everything is. Easy to use! I use this for work and personal travel. It makes travel hassle free since the app combines all your different rental agreements, hotel info, flights into one itinerary. I like how I only have to go to one place to see my full schedule. It’s also convenient that it will open up a navigation map for your destination and you don’t have to spend type typing individual addresses into your map app. I recommend this app to all my friends.

Good app but lacks recognition power

Overall is not s bad app to check all of your flights in one place. However, it lacks recognition power when you send an email to Tripit. Needs serious improvements.

Never without it

Used this app on three trips to Europe and many road trips in USA and Canada. Great to have all your itinerary, tickets, etc at your finger tips. Easy to use. Ex. When entering details about a stay Tripit comes up with the hotel address, phone number, etc. All you have to enter is the name.

Wonderful app!! Excellent user experience!! Super easy to use, love the map view!! Wish it would do a couple of additional things: if I have two activities it would be great if the app suggested travel time and options between them instead of having to add them manually. And iCal support would be awesome.

Consistently caused you recheck-in to get back to your boarding pass. Doesn’t provide any help to get rebooked if you have travel issues or contact information. Horribly designed app.
