App would not allow me to disable anonymous speed reporting unless I turned on location services.
Waste of taxpayer dollars

Why spend taxpayer dollars on an app that tells us about road closures? Waze does this for you already. Seems like the developers did a good job, and the marketing got me to notice the app and try it out. Kudos. However the idea to build this app to begin with is where it all went wrong. Another example of government waste. The private sector has this problem solved already.
Poorly UI design

Map navigation doesn't follow any standard UI. Bold, condensed fonts in all upper case is not easy to read. Doesn't even show you where you are on the map. Use Waze or Google Maps instead for more timely traffic info.
