This is an excellent app for advanced preschoolers and all K-3 students. Students are entertained by earning puzzle pieces as they complete the spelling activities and it is easy for parents to choose a level for their child that corresponds to to their abilities. As a teacher I appreciated how the levels were tied to teaching standards.....love the emphasis on phonics.........kids just seemed to find it fun.

I've been looking for fun educational apps to help my daughter with her reading and spelling. She loves Trilo! We play in the car and at home.

This app is fantastic. My 4 and 7 year old love playing it and as a parent I really value that it is a game where they are learning at the same time. Can't wait to see what they make next!

I was so happy to be introduced to Tri-Lo Spelling. Knowledge of the CVC syllables, FLoSS words, and initial and final blends are just a few of the skills honed in these interactive games. The repetition, bright colors and auditory, visual, and tactile stimulation are great for retention of these concepts by beginning readers. I highly recommend Trilo Spelling.
Love this app - except no sound

This is a great app. I used to teach Kindergarten and now I have a grandchild that is in School and she loves to play with the app. The problem I am having, is there is no sound! It is really bad because we have to guess what different pictures are about before the time runs out. I deleted the app and tried downloading it again but it still doesn't work. I would gladly give 4 stars if the sound worked! New update- I finally was able to fix the sound. I am giving the app 5 stars! It is one of the best apps for kids in kindergarten and preschool!
