Phenomenal Secure Texting

Erik J Devine

We are using the business application of Trillian for secure HIPAA texting. The backend server was incredibly easy to setup and had over 3000 users ready to go. Employees are happy how easy it is to text, sending pictures and accessibility on many devices. Love that it’s on premise, instead of a monthly fee. Works inside and outside the business seamlessly. Tech support is outstanding as well.

This should be way more popular

Fantastic messaging program that works well across many devices. Very lightweight without sacrificing functionality. I don't understand why more people don't use it

Awesome

Love it! Could you make a dark mode?

Privacy and interoperability

I’ve been using Trillian at work and on my personal devices to move info and images between devices for years. I like Trillian for keeping chat content awayf the prying eyes of corporate servers.

Bad

Super Stable & Flexible

Lan58

I like it because it’s very stable and it connects all sorts of IM’s. Four stars because I’m not sure how secure the app is. It stores data in their servers.

Notifications don’t always come through, which is frustrating, even though I never sign out via mobile. The UI could be a little faster. I also have a hard time knowing if someone’s actually seen my message because the person will say “I haven’t read it” or “I didn’t get your message” even though there’s two check marks next to their name. Consider a “sent,” “delivered,” “read,” and “last seen” instead. Otherwise, decent chat app.
