Perk points can be redeemed by hitting a button at the top of the screen. Button is conveniently located where fingers are used to move the screen side to side. Obviously well thought out so you have to buy more points that you accidentally waste moving the screen. Not happy about that as I've accidentally hit that button a lot. Wouldn't mind if it asked permission before cashing them in. I'm done with this game.

It once was a great game with a lot of potential but now it's just a money grabbing POS!

It's made so hard that you can't even win on the easiest level. Just a money grab. Don't waist $$$

This game use to be one of my top picks for best game on iOS, it was a very fun yet simple strategy game that worked great. It was a major improvement over the original, however, it looks like the current devs forgot what make a balanced and fun game. They reset everyone's progress in this build which means any hard work you already put in is now void. This is most likely because they either added in or made the cash shop more prevalent. You can now redeem perk points for money, something that happens at one click of a button, which means if you want to have anything other then tier one perks, you will need to be super carful as the button is basically on the scroll bar, as well as not having any confirm screen of button, making it so I spent one on the tutorial level by accident. A lot of fun in the single player has left as well. There use to be that the ai also had a cash limit, this was abusable , but this is gone now with the ai having unlimited, while those may not seem like such a drastic change, I have had many matches where the ai bombards with with quite expensive air strikes, which are meant to break up deep entrenched troops, if I had more then 2 squads in the same general area. This made me have at most one or two squads defending an area, while they would make endless troops as fast as the cool down could go, even making tanks after non stop air strikes, making the single player almost impossible just after a couple levels. It is really sad to see a game that was so good become so unbalanced to try to squeeze every penny out of us it can. As much as it pains me, I would not recommend this game as it currently is as it is no longer fun in single player and other people can tell you about the multiplayer. A new update might fix my complaints, but I don't see that happening any time soon.

The campaign is basically impossible, they send tanks literally non-stop along with cavalry. This game could be a lot of fun, if you could get past the 2nd level on the easiest difficulty.

Swipe to move the map awesome. Except when you hit the buy perks button right there where a user swipes. Lovely. Six infantry squads on the screen against one enemy squad. Only one of my squads firing. Well, that's convenient for the enemy hidden behind sandbags picking the non-firing squads off at will. I mean seriously, what squad wouldn't at least defend itself?? "Derrrrrr, we're being shot at. Guess we'll just stand here and die." I'd like to understand the rate at which the AI generates cash. They produce troops and artillery barrages at a much MUCH faster rate than I. Convenient.. I've only been playing at the easiest level. I imagine higher levels will be much more difficult and my squads will NEVER shoot.

The game used to be great but then the updates stopped and well it's now horrible it also doesn't help that they lost the partner ship with EA even though EA are cash cows but I seem to not be able to play multiplayer on it either

What if there was a militia with no artillery but has stronger and slower tanks and higher damaging infantry

I'm sure I'm not the only one who encounters this, but every time I go to do something I end up pressing the redeem perk button! Either get rid of it, or move it!
