Excellent for classroom work with students needing extra support.

We'll done!

Fantastic example of gamified learning. I use it for myself and my kids. Best app out there for learning to read music!

Thank you

I just finished the first stage, only playing a little bit each day, and I am amazed at how much I am retaining. I have wanted to learn to read music for so long and this is helping tons. I love this app.

Treble, bass, rhythm!!!

If anyone wants to begin learning to read music, I recommend all of these apps! It's much better than taking a class, not to mention much faster and more fun. I had friends and cousins trying to teach me music theory but to no avail. I got this app and learned to read and comprehend music sheets at age 18 within a couple levels of playing for someone with absolutely no musical background. All of these apps are worth the time and money.

It's fun and helps you learn

My seven year old son has really enjoyed this app and he's learned how to read music too! His favorite part was stage five where it got really challenging. He thought it got more fun as it got harder.

Excellent App!

This app is great, in that it is not a "flash card" app. I like that it builds on one or two notes at a time. Excellent for learning notes or building on note naming skills. This app gets used quite often in our piano studio.

Ok

It helped me to learn what the notes are called, but there is definitely room for improvement. The tap targets are fairly hard to hit, and when notes go at different speeds and overlap, it can be impossible to get a correct answer. This game is probably not usable by kids with motor skills delays. It would also be a lot better if the notes played the notes that they are when you hit them. I think that Musicopouslos helped me more.

Very good

This app has helped many of my students learn note names and actually retain them. It's not ideal for very young students, but any kid who can work their parent's iPhone can use this app!

No sound with new iOS update!

Arianna2835

I'm so upset. Please update the app to run with the newest iOS update. There is no longer any sound on this, Bass cat or Rhythm cat. I can't use these with my students if there's no sound. Please fix.
