The app is useful but it has some bugs. Some of the workouts when finished don’t showed completed. Some of the times are incorrect. And the distances are marked in meters. What!?! I’m a stupid American. Come on! :)

A liitle buggy

Agree with previous readers. 1. Need to know speed in advance so it doesn’t come as a shock. 2. Only got first few days recorded as completed, but all of rest days. I’m 69 and running for first time for 40 years and did pretty well, just lowered speed in the last couple of weeks. Liked simplicity of the app.

Easy and Doable!

I loved this app! It got me off the couch and working out. Easy to follow, I just set the treadmill to the speed shown for the time allotted. Starts off easy but in few weeks I was running more and feeling better.

Interesting app

I love my treadmill and this is a different way of getting off the couch.

Wow

Starts off good and gets hard fast. But I am doing it. But not sure how to get the check marks next to my workout when I am done. But over all almost 3 weeks in it's ok.

Great Concept

The app is a great concept but has some problems. Numerous days will not mark completed, so remember where you leave off on your off days. It would also be helpful to have the speed listed on the daily exercise before it is time to be going that speed so you don't have to wait until after you're supposed to be going that speed to input it. The program is great, the app is just a little buggy. Squash the bugs and it would be a 5 star app.
