Was billed for the hotel but never did receive email booking confirmation. Also does not appear under “bookings” in the app. Fortunately, it was a hotel I had stayed at before so I had their phone number and was able to call them to confirm. I will never use this app again!

Really hard to make the reservation

I was trying to make a reservation for tanjung pinang Riau area for a week(BBR)hotel but the apps can’t procees the payment.even when I tried to call the customer service they are not very usefull.i assume because me using America credit card that’s probably why they can’t proses the payment...too bad

Working so far so good If do normal bookings for flights But once change flights doesn’t show up my new flights change If i change flights Some airlines doesn’t support rescheduling or changes the flights though the app Even i can change it through main web of airlines And Vietnam airlines I cannot add my frequent flyer number through app Hope i can same as Garuda Or any frequent flyer programs. Otherwise its work good

A scam service is running in Viet Nam, we we have asked for refund. It takes them 30 days to pay back with a freaking behavior,stupid app

Kecewa karna point akan expired tapi tidak bisa redeem point nya. Pilihan untuk redeem point sangat terbatas untuk yg tinggal diluar jakarta seperti bali. Karna point tidak terlalu banyak, pilihan pun tak ada. Kalo bisa diperluas kerjasamanya dengan produk2 yg ada dibali entah itu belanja di indomaret, alfamart, atau rumah makan yg ada dibali. Terimakasih
