Awesome Customer Support

kjblair2

Not only do I love this app because I can watch my favorite shows through it, but they also have outstanding customer service. When this last iPhone update caused some playback bugs in the app and I emailed customer service, they not only responded to let me know they were fixing the problem, they later emailed to let me know it had been completely fixed. They were prompt, courteous and efficient!

Why is my app all of a sudden closing when I click to watch a show. Never had a problem before. Please fix this!

Travel Channel getting better

sallyandjack

Good that Travel Channel is embracing and bring more paranormal shows ?

App not working in TVOS

Mackiegirl

I enjoy watching the programs on my apple TV. Since the last update I only watch the home page. Any program I click, the icon will pop up and no program. I reported it, received a lot of instructions that did not work. Even sent a video with the problem and still not response. The only way to watch my programs is mirroring from the iphone. This drains the battery and leaves my iphone unusable for the length of the programs. GGGRRRR.

Fix it

f ing fix it

Finally got it to work, then next morning wouldn’t recognize my sign in. How does this keep happening, a common known problem, fix it

Unless you want a cable or satellite bill you can’t watch this

LoriRafn34827

Unfortunately the travel channel hasn’t really gotten to 2020. Like CBS, ABC, Netflix and many others you just pay a monthly fee to get what you want to watch. NOT travel channel, you still have to pay a provider and then you can watch. That’s a pretty 2010 thing to do for what’s supposed to be “current “ or “progressive “ programming
