I had some unknown creep calling me 3 times a minute with caller ID blocked so I could not block the calls. I was able to get the caller ID and turn him over to the police department for investigation. Beware creeps and bullies you cannot hide.

I closed the account 3weeks ago and today I got a notice for another charge. I closed the account for a Second time and I am waiting to see what happens. PayPal should be aware of the situation!

It said $5 a month and ended up getting charged $10. So cancelled my membership and it didn’t even run until the expectation date. ????

There is no one to call on customer support - is is only a live chat. I waited for 20 minutes, then proceeded to troubleshoot with no success for 30 minutes. I finally asked to cancel and receive a refund. I was promptly dropped from the live chat and had to wait in line again! I wasted almost two hours today, and I can only hope this has been successfully cancelled and refunded.

I hate getting blocked calls, especially when it feels like someone is just calling to mess with you. That’s why I invested in TrapCall! It unblocks all of my calls and usually gives me a name or some type of information. (Some calls don’t give any information besides the number. Which is better than the nothing I would have had without TrapCall.) When I had come into issues and needed Customer Service via email, they would contact me pretty quickly and were very nice. I’m sold for life. You never know when crazy might start (again) & I’m secure in knowing I have some power over these blocked calls.

I uninstalled this app from my iPhone, but it is still working! I do not want it. I’ve tried everything. Would appreciate help. It’s trapping calls from known numbers from my contacts, not numbers I do not recognize. Thank you. tgynell
