I gave the app several simple Chinese printed characters and got no results.

This app translates Japanese very well — and with a large amount of characters at one time!! It saved me from cold showers by translating the entire water heater panel for adjusting water temperature - including the warnings. It helped my daughter manage a doctor visit for my grand daughter who was having breathing difficulties. It functioned well for speaking and camera scanning. I’ve tried many apps over the last two years. This one is spectacular.

It’s hard to use because you might want to know how to say a word in Spanish so you do the Spanish thing at the top, but, then you might want to say....me too....or something so you have to switch it and then switch it and then switch it!

I got this app because I know a foreign exchange student and was going to have this so I could understand her better. Unfortunately you can only use the app to translate twice before it makes you pay for more. Definitely not very useful!
