Was one of the best city transit apps I used, top three for sure. Then the adverts became excessive and started having timed close buttons; requests to upgrade constant. It became too tedious, so I switched to a similar currently advert free one.

Cannot drive due to my disability and MTS's alternative transport is really expensive so l use the bus daily. Pros: -MTS bus times are accurate most of the times -Trip planner is very handy Cons: -NCTD times are quite inaccurate -Wish there was a way to get a PDF full schedule for routes Overall it is a good app and would recommend it if MTS is how you get around in San Diego.

I've never had a problem with the service and it drops me off right at my place of works. Definitely beats driving and parking everyday. Great service...No complaints....

Sometimes this app works fine, but sometimes the header that asks you to upgrade to pro won't go away. You'll have to close the app and re-open it for the header to go away. You also can only refresh every minute unless you pay and upgrade to pro.

The user experience of the app is pretty straight to the point since the user can look for the different stops and when the trolley comes, but it is pointless for real time eta (estimated time of arrival). For future users, it doesn’t update when the trolley comes late or is coming a few minutes early. Nor does the app give updates on delays or closed stops. In addition, I have to pay for an update just to “save” the stops I frequently use and to cancel out ads. That is a huge negative when people heavily rely on this transit system. Overall, it’s good for people that need to know what time they should EXPECT the trolley but without real time ETA, updates on the trolleys, and having to pay for features that should be permitted in the first place, this app is useless. It’s better to just go online to the website for accurate times.
