The game was fun but now it won’t load past 76%. I have an internet connection but it won’t work.

Update: Game refuses to load AND write down your player ID number

This is an update to my comments below. I emailed these developers and was able to resolve my issue, mostly. As I did not have my original Player ID Number, they were unable to restore my original game. BUT, they did offer me a substantial amount of notes that exceeded my original purchases AND made it easy for me to repurchase all of my prizes from various events. Love this game. And loved the customer support when I had a serious issue. Thank you. The comments below were from my original 1 star review: I have been playing for about 1 month, and love the game. I have also made several in ap purchases, because I like to support the developers. But, about 1 week ago, the game got stuck 81% while loading. The icon for poor internet appeared on the center of the screen, but internet was fine. I tried for 24 hours, but constantly stuck at 81%. So, I deleted the ap and reinstalled. I logged into Facebook and my old progress was restored. I was able to play with no issues until last night. Last night, when I tried to open, the game got stuck loading at 76%. I tried several times to open, same thing, stuck at 76%. I tried again this morning. And I tried again at 2:30pm. In frustration, I deleted and then reinstalled the ap. But this time, my old progress will not be restored. My progress of over Level 40 and my purchases, all gone. Seriously unhappy with an otherwise super fun game.

No internet connection

I used to love this game but suddenly it loads to 76% then says “no internet connection “. I know it’s not me because I have other games that use internet and they load just fine.

This app just wants your money

The game itself is great and has a lot of potential. However, your vehicles need fuel and fuel takes forever to fill up. But they have an option for unlimited fuel for $4.50 a week. I did the free trial of unlimited fuel and it is so helpful. But $4.50 a week for unlimited fuel is ridiculous. After all the free trials are used this game is just trying to take your money. It gets even harder to play once you get into the higher levels because you are allowed to use more cars but the fuel still takes the same amount of time to fill up. The cats do run on no fuel but super slow.

Me and my fiancé downloaded this game at the same time. All of his factories capacities started at 240 and mine started at 20. Granted his are more expensive to upgrade but if I started with 240 as well the game would be much funnier to play. Also he can buy vehicles and some of them have like capacity 29 or something whereas mine says 3 and it costs the same? And also my vehicles will upgrade or level up and the capacity doesn’t move at all whereas his goes up after a few level ups. Please help me solve this. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It’s not working. Thanks

I really liked the game at first started inviting all my friends and what not then I realized that the game was giving my one friend more capacity then most of my other friends so I got really annoyed, this game is not fair at all, when you’re playing competitively only down side, and also my game has been getting stuck on the loading screen at 76% lately since I’ve been doing more deliveries I think it’s slowing down... over all not impressed but I will give 3 stars because I did like it at first. Unfortunately the more I played the less I liked it.

When i first downloaded the game my storage was at 240. after level three. and upgrading the first truck after level three the capacity would change from one to two. now after deleting and redone load multiple times my capacity is at 20 even at level 15 for some items and upgrading my first truck to level 7 my capacity is still one. Is this an issue or was it a glitch the first time i got the game?

If you have a ton of money to waste or love watching 30 second ads, this game is for you. The game is about trucking commodities, people and products between cities and suppliers. The shipping requirements on some products are so high it’ll take you several hours or a full day to complete. An alternative is made available by spending “cash” or watching a 30 sec video. Not enough trucks or drivers are made available for you to succeed, reasonably unless you spend more money to get game credits. Waste!!!!

It made the game not work correctly and it was solved after and my notes were in the negatives and then I got a reply after sending a msg to the support and they responded within 2 days I appreciate they’re help very much. This also is one of my favorite games.
