This just shouldn't be advertised as a free game if most of the content is locked without doing an in-game purchase. Fun game but very misleading, particularly when your kid is upset he can't continue his game past 2 levels.

I explained to my tearful child, "The way to earn what you want in life is hard work. If you make ten real-dollars doing chores OR if you practice the game and 'earn' them, you can unlock the bots." He made the big boy decision to try hard at the game. Even asked me to coach and help. And as we've all discovered, the game will not reward practice, but you hit a wall where you can't play, unless Dad pays. Nope. Not going to teach my children to buy their progress in life. Delete.

Not worth paying a ton of money to unlock characters. Way too expensive for a kids game. Too bad, he was really enjoying it.
Unless your willing to pay, your kids will be disappointed

This game teases young kids. Gives you the ability to play 2 bots. At a point you can't play any more without buying more bots. I understand pay walls exist to pay developers but this is a big tease for your young kids. I have to give a 1 star and let people know what they're really getting when they let their kids play this game.

Can't even finish the first wave without needing to make a purchase for extra bots. My son wanted the game, so I agreed to download it - but after this, the game will be deleted Thanks for making yet another pay-to-play game - greedy

This game gets your kid hooked and then forces you to pay a minimum of $3 for them to even finish the second level. There is no way to earn enough gems/hearts/whatever to eventually unlock a bot. How disappointing.
