Down right horrible I've played

The game is goodish but now it's hard to get bots now

I love this game and I have been playing for a long time on my iPad. I downloaded it about 2 or 3 weeks ago and it would not work so I let it sit. I then uninstalled it and waited a few days before reinstalling and trying again. It still did not work. What happens every time is that when I open the game it begins to load, and then at exactly 14 percent, it freezes. I have left it on for an hour, two hours, at one point I let it sit for nearly 3 hours and when I came back it still said “14% installing content”. I agreed to the terms of service every time I downloaded it and I really want to play this game but this needs to be fixed.

So I’ve been playing this game for a few years now and haven’t had a major problem just tiny issues until this past Saturday when I had to replace my iPhone for a new one. Well guess what now I have to download everything back to my phone again and guess what game doesn’t want to load and crashes....hmmmm your game does. It tries to install content then freezes and crashes and it does this every time I try to play? No, try and open the game to play, so tell me devs how can you solve this problem and my phone is updated to so that’s not the issue and if it cannot be resolved I would love for you to refund me all the money I put into this game because this is true bs coming from a popular gaming company, but I guess they don’t care like most companies don’t anyways.
