Just keep ruining it...

Webdevil360

I would say while I have tired out dozens of TV tracking apps... This one is going in the WRONG direction. This last update all but destroyed the usefulness of the calendar feature. Basically on iphone in calendar view you have about a half inch of space to see your shows for the day... That's 1-3 shows that fit... You watch anymore then that... You have to "stretch scroll" it vertically. Literally it springs out of sight as soon as you let go... So good luck using a second finger to try to click the show while the first finger is pulling the stretched list up into view. I still can't find any details about a show "until" I've added to to my watch list. So I have to guess based on a little banner graphic if a show in searching for is the right one or not, I have to add it to my show list blindly, then I have to go to my show list and check it out for a description. Turns out it wasn't the show I meant to look for... Oh delete it from my manager and start blind selection process over again. Next up... Show refreshes. I'll say I cross my fingers. There are definitely shows that always show up new episodes and those that "take their time". For example shark tank and tosh.0. If you don't visit the show from your manager list and literally click on the current season to see the episode list, it won't appear in your main "to be watched" list. Weird as hell. Thought once was a fluke, seems pretty regular for certain shows now. Basically the app works most of the time. I would say I am a power user. I tracking around 95 shows. So maybe they just didn't build this to handle more then grandma tracking her daily "soap operas" and that's it. But it definitely buckles under any strain. There are better apps out there for sure. "Next Episode" is extremely solid choice.

Nice app...

Ikesa07

After a few days of using the app, it's working as expected. Really like the look and navigation. It would be nice to be able to hide the episode detail and use local time.

Great

Great app for tracking TV shows. Recommended.

Not Good

mshvarts

Notifications and icon badge don't work. Unable to keep episodes sorted. App doesn't worth paying for it.

Nice app for keeping track of your TV shows

ijudy

Does a nice job of organizing your TV shows and keeping you informed. Nice interface and calendar. It does not connect with trakt, but since they updated their API, that is a good thing.

Neat idea

Too bad the schedule is littered with mistakes. Shows on wrong days, release dates are wrong, etc.

Stopped updating correctly

Kriadentrek

I absolutely loved this app for tracking my TV shows but it all of a sudden stopped being accurate on a few of my shows. Dates are not accurate now and there seems to be several bugs. I really hope it gets fixed in another update because I really do like the app. I would have given it 5 stars prior to this latest issue.

Great app!

The timing of finding this app was very beneficial as an app I had previously been using for monitoring TV shows stopped working and it looks like the developers closed up shop for that app and left for greener pastures. I've tried numerous apps similar to Trak TV Show and they were poorly designed in some way or another and not very easy to use. But this app works PERFECTLY for what I want: easy to add TV shows, a nice display of what will be coming up for the week, and you can even switch to a calendar view to see your favorite shows for the whole month. Very happy that I found this app and a very big thank you to the designers!

“Sort by” suggestion

HappyPig

In the “My Series” section, it’d be nice to be able to sort the episodes by upcoming date. As it stands now, the shows are just ordered by your initial input.

Best TV Show Tracker

I love this app! It has every show imaginable and while in "my series" you can see the shows which will be broadcast next, the currently airing shows, the shows awaiting new episodes, the shows that are no longer aired...by tapping the top banner of the app. For people who track missed shows there is a "to watch" section. A calendar is also included which displays shows by date. The only drawback is that the status of certain shows is incorrect. I believe this is the fault of the database that is being used for the app.
