Hey I thought you guys said there will be new trains coming soon well you have been saying that for 2 years so in tell you have new trains I refuse to give this game a 5 star rating.

Until the last update I enjoyed Trainz Simulator on my iPad running IOS 6.1.3 (I can't stand the GUI of IOS 7 or 8), but after the update, saved or paused sessions crash when reopened, and can't be deleted. The steam loco and tender, bought separately, does show up in the Railyard and elsewhere, but in lists they are just white rectangles instead of tiny pictures of the loco and tender. When I touch 'App Support' in the App Store for this app, I get an error message saying, "Sorry, the page that you are looking for does not exist." That's what I call good product support! My suggestion is to fix the problem, and all updates in the future should be made in such way, that one could go back to the way it was before, if there is a problem with the new update. In my opinion an update should not make an app worse, so I only give this app one star.

I am having a problem, the app is taking to long to load. It's take about 20 minutes for it to load for me, can you fix that please?

I had to delete this temporarily (iOS updates) and now it won't let me get my prepurchased DLC

So I downloaded this for my son. He wants to play the Polar Express extra content. The other trainz game says it isn't compatible. He doesn't ask for much so I buy all of the trainz simulators just so I will be sure one of his versions is compatable with the extra content. So... I try to load up the extra content, not so fast. I have to register the 12 character key with the associated website. Ok simple enough. Not so fast again, I CANNOT find the key. It's not listed in any obvious place. I'll just use the support link listed above. NOPE it goes to a dead link. I paid for your game and want to play it with all of its features. I don't want to have to spend an hour on the Internet trying to decipher how to get the game I paid for to work because I need an additional activation code. Any ideas?????? Update..after searching around a bit, it seems this problem has been known since May of this year. The registration key they are looking for is the one located on the cd cover for the pc version of this game. The iPad version does not have this 12 digit code. The downloadable content that shows up as an option for several of these simulators, simply isn't available. I want a refund.

I have enjoyed Trainz for years. It is the perfect simulator whether you are just getting into trains or have loved them your whole life.

Horns and crossings
I think every train needs a different horn and whistle almost every train has the same horn and the railroad crossings they need the flashing lights and when the train is not even to the crossing the bells r still going plz fix thanks
