I don’t understand how to use this app.

Tells you how many sets and reps to do.

The app does a great job breaking down the number of reps and sets you should do based on your current ability. This is usually very hard to find. It’s like have your own person trainer adjusting to your current ability which is great. I wish it would have an option to show the reps and sets and rest periods needed all at one time instead of only the timed feature that is there.

Nice app thanks men ;)

Flexible app

You can make your own plan by selecting the exercise you want to work on, and the level you want to work at. Then the app generates a workout and you can change the order of the exercises. Very nice.

I don’t understand how to use this app. I clicked on beginner and then it has the timer and the numbers but it looks like it wants me to do push-ups then rest then more pushups then rest, when do I get to the squats or dips? It just keeps going threw the pushups
