Tedious and uncreative

RadioJeff

This game is more tedious and boring than most games of this style. There is no creative option at all. You just have to do what the game says to do and — surprise, surprise— if you don’t want to sit and wait forever you have to spend in game currency. After a day or so it became clear that the game was playing me rather than me playing the game. You don’t choose where tracks go or where resources should be created. Just do the missions that have nonsensical times/lengths associated with them. Delete.

Constant Crashes

Jeeperaf

Game consistently crashes. Also does not add extra bonuses for watching incessant ads. Find another game to play.

Yet another money grab

Ncturnal

There are some decent aspects of the game, but the longer you play it, the worse it gets. The ads are insanely repetitive. You’ll see ads over and over, sometimes for a game you already have. It is possible to play the game for free, but clearly the development goal is to make it as annoying as possible if you try to go that route and force you to pay just so you can avoid the artificial annoyances they created. My kid likes trains, so it was ok for a bit. It’s worth playing for a short period and then dropping it.

Some Adds NOT Appropriate For Children.

Hoserpeters

There is an add suggesting a nun masterbating with an electric toothbrush. Really?

Was fun in the beginning.

Racer_00

It was fun till all the jobs took an hour to complete. A couple of taps, then can’t play for an hour gets boring very fast.

Enjoyable

I enjoy sim play, and I enjoy Train Station 2 quite a bit.

Too much waiting

pumblino

This is one of those games that everything is on a timer. Cute as it may be, Basically only 4 trains run at a time unless ya spend gems (which mostly acquired by cash) then hire dispatchers so you can run more of the tons of trains you got. Again, more than 4 will cost you. Would have given 4 stars if they made it easier to get some permanent dispatchers needed to make this a more successful game. Those dispatchers are also on timers, spend to have an hour or spend more to get one day of service. You can play without spending a dime, but you will get bored very quickly. There will be nothing more than sitting around waiting for trains to finish the run and then ya just gotta send another one multiple times to complete a task. Im on second day of running only 10 per hour of 250 items at a time for one task. Sure about $20 or $30 should do the one task. Day three in game and the money is obviously gonna be needed in order to keep going. You will end up at a stand still many times before and if you can achieve very much. Basically the old farming type game just made with trains instead of tomatoes and harvesting. Concept is exactly the same and i feel as if im playing one of them once again. So again, in my opinion…….another money grabbing app that shows absolutely nothing for your hard earned money. And to get any help, they force you to a forum page (just another 3rd party site that gets your device information and infringes on your privacy) that requires logging in. No more friggin signing in to ask questions. Explain in the game for heavens sake.

You spend way too much time waiting and waiting.
