Auto tracking

It would be nice if this app did ‘auto’ tracking whereby it took a reading on its own after a certain amount of time or steps. Having to constantly open it and tell it to record a position is a pain. When i want to record something i want to do it in the background while i enjoy that thing i am currently doing and not constantly logging in to update an app that so obviously could be automatic.

Will mark a location when you ask it to, then draw straight lines between marked locations. That’s all it does. I can’t think of any real use for it. Certainly useless for making maps of trails.

Does just what the description says. The PDF export comes out very nice. I am cutting a hiking trail for a client, and the ability to take photos and export the map really came in handy. I think I blew their mind when I sent them the trail map in Google Earth. Thanks!

Use it for marking hunting tree stands and works very well on the Ipad mini. Not sure if it is a bug or not, but I can only export two Google Earth kml file into Google Earth. Outside of that...does everything I need it to do. Highly recommend this simple to use trail marker app.

I have been looking for an app that just lets me make my own tracks and export to KML. Other apps, that continually track with GPS waste SO much battery and this is a great solution for me.

I used the app several times on short walks to become familiar with it. That was false security. While using it for the trail I really wanted to mark, it deleted my current track and would not record new points. My other GPS apps were working just fine. Not recommended.
