What on earth was I doing before TV??

The only negative about this app is that you are not able to place alerts that will send a text to your phone. You need to go on the desktop version for that. This sometimes results in missed trades while sleeping (missed 2 last night) due to the alerts not being loud enough in the actual app itself.

Worth paying for the Pro version to get the alerts sent to my phone. Also backtesting has changed the game for me. Getting into being able to write my own code and create my own indicators is amazing.

This is an amazing app and has some great tools. Never crashes and has so many options for viewing and digesting the market. My only feedback is not having the ability to view the time in whole hours. (930-10, 10-11, 11-12 etc) instead, this app does reads time in periods of one hour starting from 930, so per candle view, every candle is generated at every hour plus 30 minutes. This is incredibly irritation and this is why I have only given the app 3 stars. It’s the most robust app for doing this however this one flaw deters me from making serious decisions in trading. I hope future releases have the option of customizing this one flaw. Btw, I am not various time stamp options on the top. I am talking about the origin of the time stamps and how that pet is uncustomizable. Thank you.

Tradingview Ipad App would be much more usable if there was support for Apple Pencil.

App Alert Notification

I was disappointed when TradingView removed SMS notification for chart alerts. With SMS, I was able customize my alert tone and bypass door not disturb’ function when I was sleeping. With the current app alert notification, it’s the same sound as all my other app notification so there is no way I can distinguish TradingView app from the rest. If there is a way you guys can create an alert sound that has a duration of 10 seconds with a different tone, I will give you guys 5 stars so quick.
