Really worthless

Useless app. It has precisely one procedure listed for my tractor, but it doesn’t apply to my tractor. I just took delivery today of my new 3025e tractor. I promptly sent it back as it was leaking hydraulic fluid massively. Redelivery is promised for Monday. I’m really wondering if John Deere is competent at all. I’m wondering if I made a mistake.
Can you please add the 2018 2025R?

I purchased a new 2018 2025R, I believe they've been out at least a year now but still waiting to see it updated to the app. I’m starting to think JD is going to discontinue it already? I received real nice literature telling me to download the app for all this great information, still waiting for the 2025R to show up in the selection. Guess I didn’t purchase the right model?

I have a 2032R with bucket, mower, and backhoe. They are all covered in the app. As a simple quick reference guide for attaching and detaching this app is fine. It’s better than pulling out the manual and images are better. That’s all I am looking for and works great for that. If you are looking for more, you will be disappointed. Manage your expectations.
More models please

I like idea of app but it is not much help for my 3720 would be great app if it included all models from past 10 years.

Wow! I thought JD would really put together a great app with owners/service manuals for all their family series of tractors. Include manuals for the attachments too. But no. About a dozen tractor choices from a drop down and when I select mine - not supported. For example no forum connection, no dealer connection, no recommended oils and lubes for your tractor. JD needs to jump in the deep end and make this everything it could be. I was really expecting more. Please make the update better

This has great, yet unrealized, potential. It does not shown my JD loader as an option to add, which is the early indication of how much work the app needs. They should add a section to update usage hours and then point out Recommended maintenance at that usage level. JohnDeere can do much better than this.
Static app with limited functionality

The list of machines you can pick from is static and limited. App should be more dynamic and not require waiting for app updates to add new functionality and tractors.

Purchased a 2025 tractor and nowhere in this app can I find that model number. If you’re going to have an app on the Internet to help people why don’t you do it correctly. This is really unacceptable in today’s information apps.
