I tried to sync this with my car(2018 Toyota Camry XSE) And customer support told me my car can’t do this. As much as I’m paying for my car,Toyota should be ashamed. I’m going to the dealership and complain because I was told that I would be able to get this to work with my car.....I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I have a 2018 car Camry. I have full bars of service where I live & they want to tell me the app won’t start my car because I have bad service? It will work when I am in town but not at home where it actually matters. So disappointing. Why promote “start you car anywhere in the world” when I cant start it at home. Awful.

Let’s remote start my car but as soon as I open the door it shuts off. Hmmmm Just as bad as entunes and scout. Drops mic this is terrible
App needs iPhone X with Face ID support

This app looks old and outdated on the iPhone X plus I do not have any Biometric security on this app now because they only work with Touch ID. Please fix this.

Toyota builds a great product, but this so limited. Why not make this available for all models? General Motors has been doing this for years, I am disappointed Toyota Motor Company.

This app is a life saver. I have a 2018 Toyota Camry XSE and it worked since the first day I downloaded the app.

App does not work with a 2018 Sienna. Went through downloading app and setting up my account just to learn that the app will not connect to my car. Read through my 2018 Entune 3.0 quick reference guide and it says nothing about only being available on select vehicles.

This is a really disappointing option to replace my viper remote start. In literally a few seconds I used to push one button and within a few seconds I had confirmation that my Prius had started. Doors automatically locked when I used the viper remote start. Now I have a new Camry with remote connect. Frequently I get a message that my request was unable to be processed. It may be my door was not locked. I then lock the car via the app. Then I get a message that my request was successful. Then if I push start car, oops , not so fast. Can not process request. Wait a bit and try again, success. What used to take 3 seconds and one step takes a minute or more with several steps. And this is when I have a good signal on my phone and when the car has a good signal. On more than one occasion. While away from the city, hiking, dining etc... not able to connect at all, even when I can make a phone call and send text. Really poor system.
