Love the game!! BUT!!

Why is it taking over 12 hours to make ONE bag of chips? It says that it only takes 2 hours to make one bag and yet it has been about 15 +/- hours to make a 2 hour bag of chips!!! I missed my airplane because of this!! I started making the bags of chips almost immediately after it said I needed them for the plane and the plane left a few hours ago and I am STILL waiting for just ONE bag of chips (I believe I needed 2-4bags). It now says 16 min until they are (finally) finished. I will update on how long that 16min really was. I am greatly disappointed in missing the airplane for NO REASON!! Please help!

I do “Like” the game, but it’s been hard keeping things in stock to help out others n with a co-op n then holding supplies for the factories etch. I think they could expand the barn capacities for each level.

This game is addicting and I love it up until I started being over charged for my in game purchases. I purchased coins for $7.99 my card was charged $35.95 ? I decided to go look at all my in game purchases and it’s happened more than once. I need a full refund of all over charges this is bad business. Love the game but customer service needs to step it up. If you play this game I advise you to check what you been charged. Disappointed,

This was my favorite game ever, but now that I have bought all the buildings and houses there is not that much to look forward to. My husband and I have both played for 4 years! The problem is I hardly ever get T-cash and I I don't get enough ore out of the mine. I end up buying from the dealer so I can put it in my boats. If not, I don't get near enough goods or artifacts off of them. We are both disabled and just don't have the money to spend! It's about the only entertainment we are able ti do because if health problems. I wish since we have played so long we could be rewarded with alot of T-cash to show that we have been dedicated players for a long time. We are in our 60's and can barely afford to live. We don't want to have give the game up as it is the only one we have found that is very enjoyable. HELP please!!!

This game is loads of fun! My favorites are the slingshot plane, the dealer, and the trains. I would like to be able to build the simpler houses, not just big condos, etc. That way I could have more than one residential neighborhood. I love, love, love the Santa sleigh flying across the town!
