For the most part, it has been smooth sailing. But now I have a real problem . If my help and support button worked in game I would troubleshoot from there but it does not. This most recent renovation is not on my game. The blocks game is, the Fabrice game is on the sign in town, but is not anywhere. No tickets from explosive blocks game etc. my husband renovating his chalet and I don’t have anything showing up connected to mine. I have reset my phone, checked app for a possible missed update etc. i received the 5 green bucks for the update announcement.. just no chalet to build. Very sad / help.

Love playing this game but whenever I try to go to the zoo, I get kicked out of the game all together. This is also happening with one of the side games. Could this be due to a glitch in the game?
Candy crush type mini game- absolutely hate it!!!

I love this game and all of its mini games. Each mini game is about 3 days long except the “candy crush” one. That’s about 10 days long. I just started it and already on super hard level. I’m not good at this game nor do I like it. I wished it would be easier or shorter in duration like the rest of the mini-games! I’m only on the 2nd game and have already failed it 10x. I give up. It’s the same every time there’s a renovation. I would love to participate in the renovation but I already can’t pass the first or second level. Please make it a little easier or shorter so everyone can participate!!

There is no way to get support help and the last update did not down load right. Otherwise I love this game.

Love the mini games The buzzing of the city with all kinds of people The fact you have access to road, trails makes it fun. I was a hay day fan for several years, but your game is more fun it doesn’t take 6 month to pass a level if you do not play every day! Do not care for the explosive puzzle who can’t be solved ! Love the snowboarding cheep, even if they are so many obstacles that it is impossible to finish a single run. There is a lot to do with the car race the boat race and the islands the helicopter and the trains are my favorite . I did not open my zoo and I am plenty busy ! Love the competition boards, have been able to end in the 4 first several time in order to get the green bills ! Keep it coming

I love the game, it is now a lifeline with friends all over the world, had trouble getting my game transferred, playrix was right there helping me when tech coach said it couldn’t be done. I was in a panic, but, with their help, I was so determined, that I got it.... tysm for this wonderful game But, I can’t retrieve my games, there going through another phone number that I can’t access, please help me!
