I guess it auto updated and now crashes every time I open it. Annoying since most of my guys were 5⭐️, but time to uninstall.
Got to level 75 and now ALL my army is gone!

I used to love this game. Started having issue with in game purchases where the purchase never loaded but I was being charged. Apple told me to contact the developer but you can’t contact them. There is no way of reporting anything. Got all the way to level 76 almost reaching 5 star level. I log in today and my entire army is gone! Later I try again and only the starter army is loaded! I wasted countless hours and money (which I never do but for some reason I cave with this game). Extremely disappointed. Save your time and MONEY for a different game!!!!!

I don’t know about anybody else but I have enough cards to add the new characters but it won’t let me. I like the game but this update is screwed up. I hope you guys figure it out soon. Also, I’m using this forum to complain because you’re impossible to get hold of any other way. WELL, IF I THOUGHT THAT WAS BAD, NOW I SEE YOU TOOK ALL MY CARDS IVE BEEN COLLECTING IN THE PAST COUPLE YEARS. THANKS A LOT. UNBELIEVABLE

So everything I’ve worked for since I initially downloaded this game is now gone with this recent update so about a year and a half of grinding down the drain.
New Holiday Units: UTTERLY UNIMAGINATIVE - COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

Simply put, the new holiday units are not worth the bugs their update brings to the game, and the characters’ regurgitated designs only emphasize the developers’ overall laziness. The Christmas set “added” (more like recycled) 4 players into the army: 2 towers - gingerbread/grove - and 2 fighters - elf/santa (all of which no one could access until about 5 days after the initial update because the rollout was a botched, half-baked nightmare that wiped entire games clean), but no one really cared enough to actually integrate these “new” players into the map or arena battles. New units should add new gameplay, but the only noteworthy aspect of the holiday pack is that it isn’t noteworthy at all. For example: The grove tower (it’s epic??? why???) IS the castle, and it’s special ability isn’t even listed correctly (it doesn’t occasionally knock enemies back - it always does that - it leaves a pool of fire like the castle and turtle cannon). NO ONE ASKED FOR ANOTHER CASTLE TOWER! Santa IS the bishop, save for a slight increase in the useless “cleanse” ability. NO ONE ASKED FOR ANOTHER BISHOP! The elf IS the peasant, save for a slight increase in the “peasant mob” ability which was pointlessly renamed as “elf mob.” This is buggy though, because the elf doesn’t call another elf into battle; it calls a peasant into battle. LAZY! NO ONE ASKED FOR ANOTHER PEASANT! The Witch IS the reaper, save for a tiny increase in attack and health. NO ONE ASKED FOR ANOTHER REAPER! Also, pumpkin head’s special ability is wrong too. The description says “head stun,” but he never stuns anyone. Like the castle and turtle cannon, he leaves a pool of fire at the enemies’ feet. In the same vain, the developers listed the tombstone thrower’s special ability incorrectly as well. He always throws his tombstone, but sometimes he stuns a single enemy with a punch (not noted within the profile). If you are going to add new units, put some creativity and thought into it, and try not to break the game in the process.
