I don’t know what I’d do without TourTracker. Even when we’re watching TV coverage, I rely on TT to help fill in details that the on-air commentator may not have mentioned, a view into where they are on the course, the profile, the standings, on and on and on. I also like being able to scan the news of a stage when I join late, to see if I’ve missed anything major (because let’s face it, you don’t always want to wake up at 4 am to catch the full stage). It’s also a MUST-have when watching a race in person. Without it, you’re just another person watching the peloton Zoom by and thinking “meh”. As a fan of pro cycling, it’s indispensable. It’s also a great tool for people who want to get more insight to the sport, and become bigger fans.

Do not have the option to restore upgrade. Asked to pay again for an upgrade I purchased.

For Tour fans, this is an essential app especially with the official TDF app being so lackluster. The app would get five stars but the “add to calendar” function does not work on my iPhone XS Max and inquiries to tech support went silent.

Looking at an individual rider’s profile you can’t click on their team to immediately see the full team roster. You must click back to the main tab and drill back down. Clunky and frustrating. Poor quality images of riders and jerseys. Race info is immediately deleted at ride end. Why can’t they leave it up until the next race starts? It’s an international event and we could still read it when we get up in the US. Annoying.

Since I can’t usually watch on TV, the Tour Tracker play-by-play in nice. The maps, profile and other info are at your fingertips. Plus, it supports a good cause.

I have been looking for an app to follow the tours for ages and this one is it. Definitely worth the $ for the Pro version.

This app provides all of the data a cycling fan needs to stay in touch with the Tour. The only thing I would like to see is a metric conversion tool so I can convert mileage and elevation to imperial.
