Can y’all make it to where we can listen to a preview of the song before we waste a coin on something we weren’t trying to listen to. Or a “cancel” button. It would be so much easier

I shouldn’t have to play more songs to see what songs are next, as in my songs could be 10 plays down the line and i will never know it but still wasting my money to play songs i never hear. Several times i’ve payed to play songs and the house has had a DJ and turned off the juke box, so never heard my songs and never got refunded. Overall this app is more of pay to MAYBE hear your songs

Every backend developer from TouchTunes should feel ashamed. Your search function reminds me of a script kiddie 2003 website. I simply cannot fathom how you all haven’t been able to tackle the search artist + song. It’s either or. *Oh you’re looking for this song xxxxx? We can’t seem to find it for you because there’s no song called xxxx by zzzz.* not to mention one punctuation mistake will also yield no results. I’m not even a graduated software developer and I’ve DONE better search code. Take some of those profits and please fix this. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars over 5 years PATIENTLY thinking *oh, yeah, they’ll figure it out…*

The website is so unclear and tricky that I kept trying to play a song and it never said that it was in line to play so I thought it wasn’t working properly and I used up all my money to apparently pay a sing 12 times! 20 min later it hasn’t even played yet and they took away all of my credit. Please give my credit back and make your website clear so it’s not extremely confusing and basically taking peoples money when they don’t understand what your app is doing. Thanks.

This app is like a scam. My wife downloaded it and tried to play a song and it charged her $6 and set to play the same song 12 times. When she canceled the play list of songs it kept her $6. What a rip off.
