Not worth it

I feel it’s not the price as much as the frequency. At a bar, trying to play songs and I have to listen to random songs in between that no one else was playing. Then it doesn’t allow you to see the queue for what plays next so you wonder if your songs god added or not... bad set up. Not a bad deal for what it’s worth. Just know what you’re getting yourself into. Overall not that great

Expensive.

I have over 8000 plays and 1200 check ins in 4 years. Judge if you must. I’m a serial skipper and yes it causes problems. The venue can set the jukebox to not allow jumps. They also set price of songs per credit(s) and price of the Play Next feature. One credit plays also differ from place to place but I haven’t figured out the details of that but once again that’s locally controlled. The queue view is set by what level of a player you are. The higher the level the more of the queue you can see. I believe I see the next 12 plays. The operator also has the ability to filter genres , explicit lyrics even song lengths. They also can post a message when you check in. Most of the complaints in these reviews can be resolved at the venue level by the jukebox operator. I see a lot of complaints here about songs queued ( not skipped ) and never played. I’ve had this happen a handful of times in 8000 plays and I take a screenshot of the song not played in my transaction history and send it to support via the app and I’ve never had a problem with them adding the credits back. The complaints of the credits only playing at venues where they were purchased are now moot. The credits everywhere feature has been in force for a couple years now. Buy credits and use anywhere. Bartenders skipping songs is wrong. The venue should refund you. You pay to play literally. Bad for business. If they don’t want skippers than change the jukebox settings. Another pet peeve is not turning the jukebox up. My biggest pet peeve is bartenders that call you out as a player. There is a reason I have the app and I want to stay anonymous. There are venues that don’t allow plays during home game sporting events ( like football) which is fine as long as they pause the machine and post and announce this will happen. As for the app itself it’s great. Highly recommend. Allows you to play from your seat without running up to the jukebox. You can have playlists and favorites. Not a fan they no longer give a bonus credit for $5. I think app players should have priority since TT gets your money first vrs cash. Most the other complaints here are app operator errors. They used to show in the app who was checked in but have discontinued that practice for safety. Fair enough. Download it , maybe we will run into each other.
