Goes back to Home Screen every time it’s opened. Files in password folder are gone!!!

I currently am downloading some videos onto a device to mp4 but it seems that I have files that don’t download to videos using the process. I don’t go to illegal websites to download videos, which is a problem. Not to mention that I have made an ad-free purchase. The problem isn’t me going through the right process, so can the developer kindly give important feedback on what webpages this app can be used on? I kindly appreciate it

I’m trying to download a show and it won’t download it lol like it will you give you the option if you want it to download or not and when you push download it doesn’t work like a yellow folder comes up instead of the video
