How to get refund?

Does not work with Bluetooth obd2 scanner. The Android version which i also bought works with my Android Bluetooth phone and Bluetooth ELM327 scanner. How do i get refund for this iOS version which doesn’t work with my Iphone XS and my Bluetooth obd2 elm327 scanner?
