I tried to down load a ring tone and there is no DEVICES tab under devices and there is app tab and I would know where it is

I just spent 2 hours trying to figure out instructions and still do not have it. Select DEVICE under DEVICE. There is NO Device tab on iTunes. Go to Library and see app and click on it but that does nothing. Can not find this File Sharing Section

There is some great ringtones but it is too confusing. There is too many steps. I don't get devices under DEVICES. You should make an app were you could touch it and it goes to settings. This app should be taken off the App Store.
