Too slow when accessing contacts

Purchased it to overcome a network/iPhone shortcoming; where incoming calls on the recent log are marked as unknown (a pain when it comes to missed calls), though the name is displayed when the call is coming in. (Something to do with international code not being transmitted by the network [for local numbers] and all my numbers being saved with international code.) I needed to search contacts by phone number. App is too slow when accessing contacts info.
Doesn't open iPhone 6 iOS 8.1.3

It doesn't open, did all the basic troubleshooting... I'll review it if it works when updated.

I thought this app would put my contacts I picked to put on a home screen. Perhaps my bad for not understanding
