I paid for two of these stories for my son and neither of them will download all the way: they get about 75% done - while the worm is jumping - and the app completely crashes. How do I fix this or get my money back?

I just bought one of the mysteries for my five year old but when it goes to download, the app crashes. Tried it five times. The worst part is, she was so excited and now she's disappointed. Please fix this! I am on a first gen ipad, and if it is not compatible, it should have stated before I handed over my money.

Had a lot of bugs, wouldn't load in ap purchase or connect to wifi properly. Too bad it was cute and my daughter like it.
Slow and every little game is expensive.

Not user friendly for a two and a half year old, slow, but great pictures. Every little game is very expensive and not very educational. We love busytown and devour the books but this app is a total ripoff.

I bought 2 in app purchases when I first downloaded this app approximately 4 months ago. Now none of those in app purchases are available. What a waste of $8.00.

This app doesn't do anything. When you open it, it just takes you to a bunch of 'mysteries' that you have to pay an additional $2.99 to play. It's a total ripoff.
