Bought chips but no chips received

still have 4000chips left before leaving game table .. then my chips suddenly 0 so i bought 5000chips for $.99 and still my chips is 0!!!!! so sad!!! like this game so much but not worth any penny anymore!!!

Is there any problem with the app? Trying to open it for two days now but it won’t open. I tried to delete the app and re-install it again but it’s not working. It’s stuck in 35% while loading, tried to contact support team but seems like they’re really having a problem

Please fix this issue where you lost all your winnings when you won as hitter.. then the server suddenly hangs... it’s so frustrating!!!

It's been a week already and I can't even open the app.. It keeps on loading just until 30% only!! Ughh! It pisses me off!!
