Update pretty cool, but ruins old songs
PugD

The most recent update completely jumbled up my saved songs, and the scales work in different ways so they can’t be replicated. It’s nice to see a big update after so many years, but I hate to see all my old songs unplayable. If that could be fixed, the app would be an easy 5 stars. The one feature I still miss is the ability to add a color scheme to the notes; this was my favorite feature to use in the older versions. Thanks to the developer for keeping this app going, I’ve had it for over a decade now.

Sweet music creation toy, indeed!

I’ve had this app on my phone for years, and love it. It’s great for self-soothing and calming, or playing around with sound. It’s so easy to use, and I love the save function, too. The dev really delivers. This is a simple and entertaining app that’s stable and with a small footprint. It delivers quite an entertainment value at a very low price, too.

I love the new update but...

I think the new updates and additions really make the program very usable. However I would really love to see a record button a play button and a stop or pause button implemented in your next update. As a composer that would be absolutely wonderful :-) Keep up the good work...

Most excellent update

Great it now works on my iPad Pro properly well done… Now if I could just set the song length length length and have an undo button that will be even better and if I could do simple four track recording or something like that that would be super great

free version is all you need
sofa potato 420

there's no point in buying this since the exporting butchers the sound entirely. when i export, it drops like an entire octave in pitch and slows down....... just play with the free version :) that one is good.

Won’t rotate on iPad Pro

Also won’t send feedback....sniff...really like it on my iPhone 5s though....so...only three stars due to the pro not going pro ha

Neat feature creating ring tones! Now a wish list: multiple-instruments, longer / multiple pads, variable delay before restart, copy & repeat. I can understand the KISS principle and this is a great app in that regard, but please add more features.

Nice, but...

Tried Tunepad (free) and liked that the screenshot of the Pro version looked to be ad-free, so I went ahead and purchased it. Disappointed to see the scrolling ads running across the top of the screen on the paid version! What? Hey come on - I paid for better than this. Dump the ad banner from the Pro version!

Fun app!

I like the added feature allowing you to generate custom ringtones. Definitely well worth the purchase price over the free version for this feature.

No ringtones
zflack

I only downloaded this program so that I could make custom ringtones with it. However, when they get e-mailed, they arrive in a format that I can't open or import into iTunes. That makes this program absolutely useless to me.
