The best app on my phone!!

Just wow! This app is like having 6 different studio memberships in my pocket for a fraction of the cost. Unlimited barre, yoga, kickboxing, dance, and strength training for a year for less than one month at a local studio. The trainers are all amazing. The classes are so much fun. Connecting with amazing women in my community is such a great bonus. I’m in love!!

Can’t afford.

Sorry I won’t be using this app. I can’t afford to pay every month for it. I don’t have a job and even when I do get a job I’ll have to use my money for my dogs insurance and I can’t pay for that and the studio Tone It Up

Love the app - would like a few tweaks

I totally love this app and the workouts. They’re really helped me get back on track and find the motivation to sweat! There are two features I use on other workout apps that I would really love to see here. 1) some way of noting that it’s a class I’ve taken before. Since the on-demand classes have similar names it’s hard to keep track of what is new to me and what I’ve already taken. 2) functionality of “saving” classes to a favorites list. There are classes I absolutely love and want to do over again and find myself screen shotting and searching for later. It would be nice to have a library of favorite workouts.

Sadly, useless without casting ability

The content of this app is lovely and undoubtedly useful to those who have it on iPads or other larger devices. The TIU trainers, particularly the originals, are competent and friendly, and the workouts are challenging and feel great. But I’m operating on a phone, which means without the ability to cast to my tv, I can’t do the workouts without holding up the phone in front of me. That’s fairly impossible. I looked up the variety of ways to cast, and none of them work with my existing equipment - an Xbox one. I had hoped I could stream straight to the Xbox like I can with YouTube, but no soap. I can’t justify purchasing a streaming stick (or Roku or Apple TV or whatever) when literally everything I need I can use with this Xbox EXCEPT this app. I’ve already wasted too much time looking for a workaround and haven’t gotten to use it even once the past 5 days, so after my 7 day trial I will cancel. Developers, I know you can help with this. Let me know when you figure out a way to work with an Xbox.

Seems exciting at first but is lacking

Update: loving the app! Great workouts and user friendly. Definitely helps me stick to my goals and have fun doing so! I would just add the ability to make "favorites" on the work outs so I could easily and quickly get to my go-to work outs. And even have a "new" section so I know which workouts I have not completed or tried yet. The pre-natal work out section is awesome! I was excited about a TIU app. I check the website multiple times a day and look forward to the posts. I was hoping the app was going to be basically the website in app form (but better!). Disappointed in that. I was then hesitant to pay for the app. I like new workouts to keep things exciting and keep me motivated. It seems the only way to get consistent new workouts is with the app. I have BB5 and Body Love and then see that some of those workouts are on the app. Feels like I'm paying for something twice. And many workouts have a different name on the app, which makes it seem like you're getting more new videos but are actually not. Some workouts are actually 2 workout videos in one which makes it confusing. Not all TIU workouts are on the app so I am switching between the app, YouTube and the website. It takes that much more time to plan my daily workout. Incorporating more into the app for consistency and ease of use of all things TIU, especially for members, would be great! Excited for new updates and improvements to determine if I continue my membership.

Not happy!

So I’m a huge fan of Tone It Up however I click the option to pay a certain price monthly and it took everything out at one time from my account I’m still waiting now almost 16 days later for a refund. I did not expect to have $89 taken out of my account! That’s not a small amount of money to just have pulled from your account and not returned for almost 2 weeks. Now I have to wait another 10 days for it to be refunded supposedly.

Love this app just wish..

I’ve been following the TIU girls for years. I’m really liking the app. They have so many different kinds of workouts which I love. I just wish there was a way to make the workout screen bigger. I’m always having to prop my phone up to check my form, timer, and watch the trainer. Wish it could be used on iPad or MacBook.

bugs render app unusable

I’m kicked out after a couple of minutes and if i’m able to get to a class, I get an error that says “no playable sources found.”

Love the app!

I want to start out by saying that I love this app so much and it has been key for getting my workouts in every day! The classes are so much fun and challenging. I am a huge fan of not having to think about what I’m going to do for a workout and the TIU studio app does all of the planning for you. My issue is that it has been glitchy the past week or so. I have been having trouble signing into classes and then getting kicked out of the app, once I get back in it will no longer let me get into my class. The app forces me to sign up for the next class or take it on demand. While taking the class on demand is still an option, it’s hard when I have to find the class(es) through the schedule and then search for them in the demand database. Just wanted to let you know I was experiencing this issue. Other than that it’s AWESOME!

TIU?

I love tone it up and having all the videos in my back pocket is so unbelievably convenient as a new mom! They’ve always delivered fantastic quality workouts.....until recently. With the expansion of TIU I would say most content is subpar at best. Most of the workouts from the new trainers are pretty clearly not thought out and seem to deliver minimal effort. It seems more like k&k are more interested in how much money they make then actually helping women. I will usually just stick to old videos because they’re fantastic. But overall, so unimpressed with the future of TIU. Would much prefer Jillian Michaels who puts tons of effort into her work and it shows. Sorry, just have to be honest as someone who has followed TIU for a long time.
