I’ve been using the app for about 3 years now, and it’s very user friendly and helps with my shopping for anime and manga related items. However, the shipping methods are very expensive even the “cost effective” ones. Another thing that bothers me is the wishlist may hide products for unknown reasons. I also noticed that when I try to refresh the notifications page, the app keeps crashing.

This is an awesome app/website, but it needs one little fix. Some of the items in the store are just too expensive. Besides that it’s great. :)

Most items are overpriced in my opinion, but it makes sense, considering they're shipping all the way from Japan. Other than that the layout is easy to maneuver and it has a very helpful app design.

Extremely easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. Checkout process also painless too. Can't go wrong with downloading this app... Except spending too much money...
