You cannot sign up without getting an error message and you can't link your Toluna account with this. This is the worst app I have ever encountered in my life and it's not worth downloading to get the Toluna points. This app shouldn't be allowed in iTunes as it doesn't even work & I highly doubt anyone at Nielsen will fix or improve this waste.
