Confusing to use

The app gives you no information on how to actually use it and expects you to know that there’s other agency options available. Please include at least a brief tutorial or a statement showing that you can tap the agency banner at the top middle to select which agency you want to travel with so people don’t waste money on useless tickets.

I love the convenience of being able to buy passes on the fly and not have to carry cash or tokens any longer. The performance of the app has improved since I first tried it when it was first available for our transit system. Purchasing additional passes is fast and easy. Any time I’ve had an issue, the developers have been very quick to respond and resolve. Great app!!
Declines my card

Thanks for the Apple Pay support update. How about add a qr code or bar code valadstion option so that transit operators can allow us to scan that qr code or bar code allowing faster bording and not requiring us to turn up screen brietness which drains battery life very fast. Please come out with a solution for us loayel users. Also add a version for Apple Watch so that we do not have to always use our phones saving us time boarding as well as saving phone battery. Also the account history section needs to be adjusted to show when a pass was activated and when it is used so that there is a better indication that it just showing as the pass being used for both instances so there is better insite and a clear deference between the two. Also can you work with transit operators to offer passes for 3 and 6 month intervals. This way those who are frequent riders would have more options to pick from and reduce the chance there card issuer flags buying transit passes as possible fraud.
No ID, No Ride

You have to find your ID every time you ride because it doesn’t include your ID on your phone screen. Even worse, it’s 24/7 but the bus is not.

Never ride on star tran. The same bus,That goes on the same route,Always stops at different places. Each bus driver seems to stop at random places,Often skipping other stop points, Remember, this is happening on the same bus, going on one route.
