Doesn’t work

Purchased and isn’t working, super disappointed. It is compatible with my iPhone but when it downloaded and you open the app the screen is white, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing is working. Would like my money back.

Honestly I love this game so much it’s such a good game and very addicting but I have an iPhone 11 and the iOS 14 update end it isn’t able to work so basically what I did was buy a game that doesn’t even work which is really upsetting I really hope you guys read this and update the game because I love it?

I’m only ten and I got this game and it does the Toca intro and then it turns black I can’t even get on it. ?? not cool Toca not cool.

Toca games I pitches for $3.99 are not working. I bought 3 of them and they do a partial load and then just a blank white screen. My baby girl is so sad because she was so excited to play.

I love this game but when I go into it after the little opening scene it goes dark and that really makes me mad because then I have to play in Toca Life World and I already had something set up. So if you could like update it or something that would be great! Thanks! ?

I purchased the app because I heard it was fun and when U downloaded it just showed a black screen, I deleted it downloaded it again and did the same thing. WHERE DID MY MONEY GO! COME ON TOCA BOCA!!!

I got this game a few months ago and it looked fun fun Fun!after couple I minutes later I was Looking for the app and I said we’re is the app ?I had to pay for the app again after a hour later I finally got the game. As I was playing this it was a fun app but then I noticed there weren’t that much clothing options Only the clothing options I had are the towels so I chose that but it’s still I got game I’ll give this a 4 star also put a clothing shop so others can get clothes and customize there character and there were only I few dresses around that I could find also There are. Few glitches. Like the pillow won let’s say like when you put your character to sleep and then the head just like. Goes under the pillow you putted there then You try agAine and it. Doesn't Go the pillow put I I can say right now I L - O-V-E- LOVE this game ! Won more thing the sloth ghosts it looks really creepy for a children’s game common Toca sorry lol bye have a nice Evening or day ???????????????????

I love Toca Boca. But I spent three hours rearranging everything so my house could be in the apartments. Which I love doing! But then, I was playing my game and it took me to my home screen. I hopped back on and not only did it erased all my hard work on the apartments,My other house in vacation was erased to. I am so so so so so sad. If you could please update the glitch I would love that. I spent three hours for all to be erased.
