Creating an app to keep track of some of the more data intensive, repetitive Toastmaster meeting tasks is a great idea! I had high hopes. Unfortunately, this app seems to have shipped before even basic user testing. Pros: 1. There is an incrementing "ah" counter. 2. History of actions taken in app 3. Place to insert free form notes in each time. Cons: 1. Can't add other custom counters for other filler words that you would like to track 2. No way to go back and edit any items in the history section. Editing here is critical otherwise each entry made in the app has to be perfect before being saved. 3. Dependence on freeform text. The standard inputs that can be made by user are heavily dependent on writing comments in the text field; an object which can't be edited after saving. 4. The relationship between the people in the roles using the app (only grammarian, timer, and ah-counter) and the VPE is confusing. The app doesn't mention or indicate anywhere that the VPE approves all entries made by the people in the roles before they're added to the club record. 5. No on-boarding when using the app. This is a tool that needs explanation before being used given that it was developed for such specific purposes. 6. No ability to export information (app data) for yourself (the user) or club from app to be used or analyzed in a different application. (I.e. Exporting ah-counter data to build reports for the club on progress in this area, etc.) There's a lot of potential with this app but it seems to be suffering from many gaps in user testing. Kind of feels like it was designed by a committee rather than a team of people who know how to successfully design a mobile app and bring it to market.

Haven't even been able to sign-in to the app. I've tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app and nothing seems to work. Seems like it'd be a great help for me if it was useful..

I was able to login only once when I downloaded it. Then I tried to login but it shows error message. I reset my password and did all I could but not working. And yes it's a worse app i ever download in iPhone. Do not waste time and data to download it.

I can't even get logged in. Not sure if the app is even functional or if the app server is down. I've confirmed my login credentials are good. It's a BIG miss! After several attempts, I've decided to delete the app and forget about it.

I see this app has a really bad rap on the reviews. I have not had any problems with bugs or anything. I've been to clubs where they have a stop light system that looks like it was designed in the fifties to be used for the timer. I actually appreciate that this allows each member with their roles. I was also impressed that it had my whole clubs roster already set up upon login. I don't know what everyone else expected, but I think it's fantastic and I'd encourage members to give it a try.

As we move into the digital age, apps need to be more comprehensive and user friendly. Here is a list of needed enhancements: 1) Permanent Login/Touch ID 2) Personal profile information 3) Access to your education/leadership information 4) Access to requirements that are left to do to get to the next level There are many additional areas to improve upon, however these would be a great step forward.
