I understand the version is only 1.1 but the app is extremely laggy. You select a certain action then wait 5 seconds or more for the app to respond. Also, the fingerprint option you have does not work. It could be a great app but you folks have a lot of work to do.

I can login to the website just fine but the app keeps telling me different errors. How in the world are you even testing this app if basic authentication protocols are failing? Maybe you should hire a test team that knows what they’re doing.

Was looking forward to this app and now it’s here. Thank you for creating it. It makes everything so much easier. What anyone has complained about before and given a lower rating—doesn’t happen to me. I know you all will improve the app, but everything works just fine!

The idea of this app is great and if it would work correctly then it would definitely make life easier. However, I have paid our bill through this app twice and both times it tried to take the money for the payment from a different bank account than the one I had selected. I am deleting the app and sticking to making the payments on the computer.

Tried to open this morning, says I need latest update on iTunes but I already have latest version. Deleted app and reinstalled same problem. Did you fail to update your app after 12.0.1 update this weekend?

It used to be ok but after the last update it wont let me login and tells the app is out of date when it isn't. Disappointed and frustrated!

I have tried several times to update the app as requested to the newest version. However keeps going in circles. Even removed the app, downloaded the latest version from sept but it never updates!! Please fix this. The previous version worked well.

The app says I need the latest update however it’s not allowing me to do so. I have uninstalled it and installed it again still nothing. Please do something or get rid of the whole app. Geshhhh
