Better test and color rendering than the other mud clients in the app store, connects quickly and SUPPORTS MULTI-TASKING!!! Can't wait to see updates for this (macros/triggers/adjustable font size)

Needs a way to filter or search through the list of MUDs/MUSHes. Constantly have to move the screen around to read all the text on a line. It's a good start but the couple MUDs I logged into were painful to play.

I did not find it hard to play by any means, it's an iPhone so I expect to have to scroll. Played from airport , network checking needs a fix as I had connectivity but the app reported that it was not connected - I could still play despite conn. message. Better telnet app than other iPhone clients I have tried.

Finally, a free MUD app! Like the others have said, it's a great start, although I'd kill to have a setting to make the text fit within the iPod screen (when playing landscaped). The scrolling back and forth, up and down gets tedious after a bit. I'm excited to see what the updates bring.

MUDs quickly become unplayable on this application because of the lack of ability to fit the text to the screen. It does what it says it does, but constantly having to drag my screen around to read everything became so irritating that I quit out of the app. Fix this text size issue and I will happily change my review.

It connects to MUDs but if you want to actually play one, look elsewhere. You see so little of the actual text and having to scroll sideways is just impractical. Especially when there are great MUD clients out there. In brief, you get what you pay for. The makers should have stuck to their MUD database app, which can be a handy reference tool. Also, contrary to what another reviewer said, this app does *not* support multitasking in the true sense. That's because iOS4 doesn't. If you come back to any app that requires an always-on connection within 10 minutes, your connection will still be up. Otherwise, it will be killed by Apple and there's nothing any app can do about it (VoIP is an exception). Other thoughts: Unfortunately, when designing the interface, the makers of this app seem to have taken pointers from MobileMUD and not from MUDMaster. The buttons are tiny and the UI takes up most of the screen, which is another nail in the coffin.

This app is the best mud client I've seen for iPhone so far. It works very well with voice over, and is very accessible. It would be neat if there were a way to make voiceover breed the lines of text as they went by, but it's very easy to check. I prefer to use it with a Bluetooth keyboard. Great app!
