I downloaded the game and it won’t even open!

I downloaded the game even after reading the reviews. I found it fun up to the point where you have to give the ticket and like most other reviewers have stated you have to purchase the game to go further. No where does it say trial or anything in the title of this game. I get having to pay for certain things but poor advertising at best is what happens here. It will give you an option to complete an offer but when you click that option it does mother. Also it glitches very bad. I had to back outta the games several times at just the beginning. Deleting and very upset!!!!??????
