I’ve used this app for years and have lots of information in there. Last week, it stopped working without warning on my iPhone. It needs to get updated. I sent an email to the developer, but no answer on how to retrieve my information. No developer contact information on App Store. Need my info back!!!!

I cannot load this app on my iPhone XS. It will not open. I deleted the app. I went to the App Store and tried to reload but it will not allow me to open. Yes I did have the app previously. Can you help me?

Tiny Password locked me out as a nice surprise last week. It won’t take my thumbprint or my password and now I have no access to my passwords and account numbers. I’m going insane with rage! I went to Facebook and found out Appxy hasn’t updated or responded since 2014.

I lost all of my passwords with the latest Apple 14.2 update. The app simply does not load. I have lost everything. Apple cannot help. Do not store your passwords into this Dark Hole!

I liked this app and used it often. But since I updated my iPhone to version IOS 14.2, it crashes each time I open it. If you follow the link to app support, you get a dead end. Now all of my passwords are lost!

I have been using this password app for a few years and have every single password I stored in this app successfully. I loved it, I used to refer people to download it. Then, with absolutely no warning, the app started bombing out last week. None of my passwords are recoverable. None. I relied on you to keep my passwords at my fingertips, and now I don’t have any of them.
Used to love it, backup will not restore! Help!

My iPhone app would not remain open. I had recently backed up my data to my PC. When I reinstalled my app on my phone and went to restore the backup it failed. I have emailed for help and have been ignored!
